Breadth From Day One

From your very first session, you'll be exposed to the full breadth of the Shockwave syllabus – although beginning at a controlled pace whilst you're working through your initial awkwardness and building up your muscle memory.

And then it gets harder!

As you progress beyond your first belt, proudly earning your reputation as a committed martial artist, you'll be continually humbled by successive gradings that test your mastery of the techniques in the face of increasing pressure.

And pressure is what you want: You want to know how you fail under pressure – now, and in a safe environment – before failure costs you in a real world altercation.
